Pay the 10–50% deposit by card or in instalments, follow progress, then pay the balance at launch.

Every build is quoted up front. A deposit of 10–50% is due once you've seen the first template, and the balance at launch. Domains and hosting renew on a plan you can see and cancel from the portal.

Questions
The things clients ask most.
- How do I pay?
- Open the invoice in your portal and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, split it into 4 or monthly payments with Klarna or Affirm, or send an Interac e-Transfer and mark it as sent. Either way the invoice shows as paid once it's received.
- When is the deposit due, and the balance?
- The deposit is 10–50% of your quote, and it's due after you've seen the first template of your site, not before. The balance is invoiced when the site is ready to launch.
- What currency are prices in?
- US dollars. Quotes, invoices and plans are in USD and card payments are charged in USD. If you pay by Interac e-Transfer, send the Canadian-dollar equivalent on the day and I'll mark the invoice paid.
- What happens with my domain?
- Your domain is registered or transferred under a yearly plan. The renewal date is shown in the portal and you'll get a reminder before it comes up.
- Can I see how my site is doing?
- Yes. Each site has a live preview, uptime, visitor analytics, and Google Search Console and Analytics data once you connect your Google account.
- How do I ask for a change?
- Open a ticket from your site's page. You'll see its status and the whole conversation there, and you're notified when it's done.
- What if I want to leave?
- The site and domain are yours. Plans can be cancelled from the portal and I'll help you move everything wherever you like.
