About
A small studio with a long memory.
McBean Digital is a one-person web studio based in Canada. I build websites for small businesses, then stay on as the person who keeps the domain renewed, the hosting healthy and the content current.
Why a portal?
Clients kept asking the same questions: Is my site up? When does my domain renew? What do I owe? What changed last week? Now the answers live in one place, and paying for the work takes a click.
Build work is a one-time quote with a deposit. Ongoing care is a monthly or yearly plan. Both are visible and payable in your portal.
Plain language
No jargon, no surprises. You always know what's being built, what it costs and what happens next.
You own your stuff
Your domain, your code, your content. Everything is registered and built in your name.
Built to last
Fast, standards-based sites that are easy to maintain, and a care plan so they stay that way.
One person, accountable
You work directly with me from the first call to every update after launch.
Work
Some of the sites I look after.
A radio station, an immigration practice, a travel company, a staffing agency. Different businesses, the same promise: a site that works and someone who keeps it that way.
